Where the value of the gross assets of the estate subject to probate is

$10,000 or less		$50
over $10,000 up to $25,000		$100
over $25,000 up to $50,000		$200
over $50,000 up to $100,000		$400
over $100,000	for first $100,000	$400
	for value over $100,000	$4 for each $1,000 or portion (0.4%)
