Quebec Court Fees for Verification of Wills

Quebec does not charge probate fees, but there are court filing fees to be paid.

The Tariff of Court Costs provides a link to the Tariff of Court Costs in Civil Matters and Court Office Fees (pdf, in French), which shows in s. 15 (#8) that the court fee for verification of wills (vérification de testaments) is $230 effective January 1, 2024 ($223 for 2023). The tariff is indexed on January 1st of every year.
