Quebec Personal Income Tax Return Forms

If you are a resident of Quebec, you have to file a provincial tax return as well as a federal tax return.  Most software packages will include the Quebec personal tax return.

NetFile Quebec

Quebec tax returns can be filed electronically through NetFile Quebec.  See the Quebec Revenue Ministry list of tax software authorized for filing the personal income tax return by individuals in Quebec.

NetFile Quebec's transmission service is available from mid-February to mid-January of the following year.

Quebec Corporate Income Tax Return Forms

Corporations with a permanent establishment in Quebec must file a federal tax return as well as a separate Quebec tax return.

Corporate tax forms are available from the Quebec Revenue Ministry website.

Federal corporate tax forms are available from the Canada Revenue Agency website.
