Where the value of the estate subject to probate is

$10,000 or less		$85.60
over $10,000 up to $25,000		$215.20
over $25,000 up to $50,000		$358.15
over $50,000 up to $100,000		$1,002.65
over $100,000	for first $100,000	$1,002.65
	for value over $100,000	$16.95 per $1,000 or portion(1.695%)
